Starting the day in the best possible way is so energising.

Why Create an Inspiring Morning Ritual? Having a strong reason why is so important. Listen in and contemplate Kristina’s guidance – then write down you own 'reasons why'. And come back to them whenever you need a little motivation to stay on track…
Reflect on Your Current Morning Routine – What’s Working & What Isn’t? All of us have some sort of morning routine we go through already. The best starting point is to reflect on what yours is now – and work out what you’d like to keep (or need to keep) ...and what you’d like to let go.
A Dreaming Exercise - Your Dream Morning. Kristina inspires you to think outside the square. Remove constraints and tap into your heart as a way of uncovering what truly matters to you… which will later inform you as you refine and put in writing what you want your dream morning ritual to look like. Go ahead and dream without constraints. You're likely to uncover some gold within you.
Your Ideal Morning Ritual Exercise – Start Drafting Ideas. It’s time to start putting your ideas on paper – to refine as you go. Don’t overthink, just start writing down what you would ideally like to make happen - guided by Kristina. How do you want to feel in your mornings? What would you love to do? Get it down on paper to refine later… and remember this is about progress, not perfection.
