If you joined us live on Tuesday night - thank you. The room was full of women from Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gladstone, Melbourne, the Yarra Valley, and as far as Ireland.

And the moment Kristina asked, "What's it costing you to stay where you are?" something shifted. The chat went quiet. Then, slowly, the words came: incompetent. stressed. robbed. just a shell. disappointed - that I've let time pass me by again.
