This workshop was something really special, and I'm so grateful you were part of it. 💛
Whether you were there live or you're catching up now, the recording is yours to keep and come back to whenever you need it.
I suggest treating it like a proper coaching session. Find a quiet hour, make yourself something warm, grab your workbook or a notebook and pen, and put your phone in another room. You did something good for yourself last night - give it the space it deserves.
If last night felt like the beginning of something, and you'd love to keep going with this kind of work every month - with a community, a structure, and real accountability - the Dream Life Coaching Program might be exactly what you're looking for.

Plan Your Strongest Finish - Workshop Transcript Tuesday 25th August 2026
Kristina: Hello everyone, welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
Before we get started, I'd love to know - why did you sign up for tonight? What brought you here? Pop it in the chat.
From the chat:
Kristina: Thank you all for sharing that. Every one of those is a great reason to be here.
I want to say something to anyone who started the year with great intention and hasn't quite made it happen yet: please don't feel bad. That happens to all of us, me included. What I've learned is that if you plan quarterly, it doesn't matter if you had a harder quarter - every quarter is like a mini-year, a fresh start. And you've still got four months. That is a lot of time if you use it well.
A quick note: we'll be sending you the replay, so if you feel like I'm moving fast, don't worry - you can come back to it. And if you have the workbook, use it. If not, a pen and paper is absolutely fine.
Paul is watching the chat, so if you have questions at any point, pop them in there.
Why this quarter can be your most productive
When I look at what stops people from making progress, it almost never comes down to lack of ambition. It comes down to three things, and I see this consistently:
1. Clarity - you can't have a great finish if you don't know what you actually want. Most of us want to do too many things, and when we spread ourselves across too much, nothing really moves. Tonight we're going to get clear on your top three, and that focus is what makes the difference.
2. Consistent action - manifesting and mindset matter, but we also have to actually do the work. Knowing what you want isn't enough without taking steps toward it, week after week.
3. A supportive community - the people around us have a huge influence on our dreams. Often the people closest to us - with the best intentions - project their own fears and limiting beliefs onto what we want to do. Being around like-minded people who genuinely believe in what's possible changes everything.
I want you to rate yourself quickly on each of these. Traffic light style: green is going well, orange is okay, red is not great.
From the chat:
Kristina: It's great that we're clear on that, because knowing your weakest point is where the work begins. Consistent action is actually my biggest challenge too - the way I overcome it is by telling people in my coaching program what I'm working on. Accountability is the single most powerful thing I've found.
Exercise 1 - What do you want to be true on 31st December?
Before we get into your top three, I want you to sit with this question. What do you want to be true by the end of this year?
From the chat:
Kristina: That is a beautiful answer. For me, I want to have so much momentum by end of December that when 2027 starts, I'm already on my way. I want to feel proud, and I want to feel excited.
Write it down for yourself. You don't have to share it, but do write it.
Exercise 2 - Dream without limits
Now I want you to open your mind and write down as many dreams as you can. Don't think about what's realistic or what other people might think. Don't think about what you've done before. Just write.
Ask yourself:
What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? Starting a business. Writing a book. Starting a podcast. I've done all of those things by asking myself this exact question, and none of them felt possible when I first wrote them down.
What would you do if you had all the skills, knowledge, time, money, and resources? Write it down even if you have no idea how to make it happen. I never would have started KikiK if I'd waited until I had the knowledge or the money. I had neither.
What would you do if you had all the time in the world? Most of us feel too full to dream big enough. So for a moment, imagine the time is there. What would change?
What would you do if money wasn't a problem? What would you make happen? What would you make more time for?
What would you do if you had perfect health and energy? When we're exhausted, we don't dream big enough. Imagine waking up tomorrow feeling completely well and energised. What would open up for you?
What would you do if you had all the self-belief and courage? One of my biggest dreams a few years ago was to start a podcast. I held back because I'd never been the one asking the questions, I didn't know how to do it technically, and I wasn't sure my English was good enough. But when I asked myself what I'd do if I had the courage - I wrote it down anyway, and I did it.
Exercise 3 - Choose your top three for Quarter 4
Now look at everything you've written and choose three. They don't have to be final - you can refine them. Just pick the three that excite you the most, or feel the most important.
From the chat:
Kristina: These are wonderful. Every single one of them is doable - and it's inspiring to see what's possible when people give themselves permission to write it down. The 5K running dream particularly resonates for me: I had a member a few years ago who couldn't run to her letterbox. She started jogging laps of her backyard because she was too embarrassed to be seen. She then ran 5K, then 10K, and then one Sunday she messaged me to say she was about to run a half marathon. Start wherever you are.
Exercise 4 - Map your time
Now let's look at where your time actually goes.
Write down three things:
What you must do - work commitments, caring responsibilities, non-negotiables that are already in your life.
What you want to do - things that matter to you that aren't your top three. Morning ritual, exercise, cooking, reading, writing cards. These keep you well and grounded and deserve space too.
Your possible time wasters - be honest with yourself. Social media. News. Netflix. Energy-draining conversations. Emails checked constantly throughout the day. These are the things that crowd out your priorities when you're not paying attention.
Once you can see all three clearly, you can make much more intentional decisions about where your time goes and when you're going to work on your top three.
Exercise 5 - Your weekly check-in
One of the things I see most often is that people get clarity, put things in the calendar, and then don't follow through. The most effective thing I've found to prevent that is a weekly check-in with yourself.
Schedule 20 minutes at the end of each week, on a Friday or Sunday, whichever works for you, and ask yourself three questions:
The more you do this, the more you understand yourself, and the more likely you are to follow through. Reflection builds momentum.
What will hold you back?
I want you to think ahead to what's likely to get in the way. Being aware of it now means you can plan for it.
From the chat:
Kristina: These are the most common ones I see, and every single one of them is solvable. Knowing which one is yours is the first step. If it's doing it alone - that's exactly why community matters so much. When you say something out loud to people who are genuinely in your corner, you follow through at a completely different rate.
A word on time
The average person has around 4,000 weeks in their lifetime. If you're in your 50s, you've already lived around 2,700 of them. I know that sounds confronting, and I say it not to create fear but because it's the most powerful thing I know of to cut through procrastination. Time is going to pass whether we use it intentionally or not. I want that time to be yours.
At the end of our lives, I don't think we'll regret the mistakes we made or the silly things we said. I think our biggest regret will be not making the most of our one precious life. And the good news is: you have four months left in this year. That is more than enough.
From the chat - closing messages:
Kristina: Thank you all. This is genuinely my dream job, and nights like this remind me exactly why.
If you'd like to join the coaching program, you have until 10am tomorrow morning to sign up with the workshop-attendee bonuses, including a private one-on-one session with me and access to the GROW book club. After that, the program opens to everyone and those bonuses won't be available.
If you're not sure whether it's right for you, please book a free 15-minute chat. It's not a sales call - it's a conversation to help you work out if it's a good fit. The link is in the email we sent you.
Whatever you decide, I hope tonight gave you some clarity, some excitement, and a reason to make the most of the rest of this year. Thank you for being here. 💛
