2. Participant Introductions & Key Themes

Participant 1

  • Long-time follower of Kristina’s free workshops.

  • Joined the course to gain clarity and focus.

  • Approaching a milestone birthday and feeling time is moving quickly.

  • Dreams include more travel, especially Scandinavia and parts of Australia.

  • Already progressing through the first modules.

Kristina encourages:
Reflecting on the year, celebrating what has been done, starting gently, and using travel dreams as motivation.

Participant 2

  • Has completed the Dream Life coaching program previously and is active in the book club.

  • Has had a big, challenging year: milestone birthday, empty nest, major illness, job change, and starting a master’s degree.

  • Wants more organisation, better health, less stress, and strong habits.

  • Notices meditation and walking make a huge difference but struggles with consistency.

Kristina supports by reminding:

  • Health comes first.

  • Start tiny (one sentence in a journal, two minutes of meditation).

  • Consistency matters more than perfection.

  • Walks are powerful for mental clarity.

  • Avoid beating yourself up - instead focus on micro-wins.

Participant 3

  • Attended one of Kristina’s workshops a year earlier.

  • Pulled out the old journal and discovered she had written a dream that unexpectedly came true:
Owning a family business - which launched two weeks ago.

  • Travel was another written dream that has since unfolded across four continents.

  • The new business is growing quickly, including hiring staff and planning industry networking events.

  • Loves both her long-standing healthcare work and the energy of the new business and is unsure how to balance the two.

Kristina’s guidance:

  • Don’t leave the stable job too quickly - ease into it by reducing days over time.

  • Protect enjoyment and avoid financial stress in the early business years.

  • Trust that dreams become clearer as you engage with them step by step.

  • Keep writing things down - clarity grows when ideas are captured.

Participant 4

  • Based in Singapore.

  • New to the course and working through the early modules.

  • Values health, wellness, spirituality, and meaningful work.

  • Not yet clear on dreams but interested in deepening purpose and foundations.

Kristina highlights:

  • Singapore’s growing focus on wellbeing and longevity.

  • Coaching membership is available anytime for deeper support.

3. Guidance From Kristina

Across all conversations, Kristina emphasises:

Start small. Always.

Tiny, consistent steps beat ambitious plans that lead to burnout.

Write things down.

Dreams clarified on paper have a magical way of unfolding.

Health first.

Wellbeing underpins every dream.

Reflect often.

Look back at your year with compassion to notice growth you’ve forgotten.

Walking + meditation = lifelong anchors.

Both help clear the mind, reduce stress, and unlock ideas.

Take life lightly.

Dreaming shouldn’t become pressure — let it be joyful and gentle.

4. Closing Exercise: One-Year Dream Visualisation

Kristina guides everyone through a short, uplifting practice:

  1. Write the date: 31 December 2026

  2. Choose one dream you’d love to achieve by then.

  3. Imagine it happening.

  4. Write down how you feel at the end of next year because of it.

She encourages focusing on:

  • Pride

  • Excitement

  • Peace

  • Joy

  • Gratitude

  • Self-respect for following through

Then she explains the purpose:
We often focus on the hard work of achieving dreams, but connecting with how we’ll feel makes the journey easier and more meaningful.

5. Final Encouragement

Kristina closes, reminding everyone to:

  • Get good rest

  • Reflect gently

  • Enjoy each day

  • Reach out anytime for support

  • Keep their dreams alive with tiny daily steps

The atmosphere ends with gratitude, connection, and a renewed sense of possibility.
